A La Carte Events is the right choice for someone who does not need a full florist installment. This can be for any special event you are having, not just for weddings. We create small, medium, and large centerpieces, bud vases, as well as boutonnieres, corsages, or other small creations.
If you are looking for just a small, medium or large arrangement and don’t need any specific color, shop our arrangements.
What can I expect with A La Carte Events from Ingadi Flower Farm?
~ Contact us using the form below, or calling 205-831-2581, or emailing rebecca@ingadiflowerfarm.com.
~ We will want to know what event you are having, when it will be, color palette (if you know), and the types of arrangements/creations you are thinking of. We do not provide large installments such as arches or large table-scapes. But you can order loose flowers/foliage to do yourself.
~ We do NOT set up.
~ Depending on your needs, we may be able to provide arrangements in as little as next day. The larger the quantity and/or size, and type of event, more time will be needed. We’ll also need to check our calendar for availability.
~ We don’t usually deliver, but may be able to if available and for a premium fee.
~ Pick up can be morning day of event if event is in the afternoon or evening. Otherwise, day before is best, with an agreed upon time period. (We know setting exact times doesn’t always work in crazy schedules, so a 2-hour window works great!)
~ Bring your own boxes, etc., to transport arrangements. Depending on quantity and sizes, you may need 2 vehicles or several trips.
~ We work with you by getting feedback of arrangements as we work on them if needed. (Technology nowadays is great!)
~ Receive a quote first; adjust as needed before finalizing order.
~ Non-refundable deposit: 10% of total or $50, whichever is greater.
~ Communication is key! (On both sides.)
~ Flowers and foliage are seasonal, and we may not have specific colors or flowers (sunflowers in the dead of winter are probably not going to happen…just sayin’). We work in color palettes or themes such as Jewel tones, Pastel tones, Blush tones, etc.
